This ordinance amends the preamble and certain sections of Ow 23 of 1859 to make it clear that the acquisition of land by resumption anywhere in the Colony may be affected for any public purpose.

In Defence in 5 3 I think it very much this any of treating the magot is a especials as it leaves the letter of od 23 of 1887 unaltered.

I have much preferred the repeal of 23 of 1887 and its re-enactment.
